Dr. Harrison Mbori

- Harrison Mbori is a consultant at TLO Advocates LLP. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Luxembourg Centre for European Law.
- He holds an SJD (PhD equivalent) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law; a Masters (LLM) degree in International Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law; a Masters (LLM) degree in International Economic Law and Policy from Academy of International Economic Law and Policy (AIELPO), Greece; and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi (Kenya).
- His research work focuses on the sub-regional courts and tribunals in Africa on economic, trade, commercial, and investment dispute settlement. He is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Harrison has previously worked with the Max Planck Centre Luxembourg; and taught courses in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and International Trade Law and coached moot court teams at Strathmore Law School. His main research interests include International Economic Law, International Dispute Settlement (International Courts and Tribunals in Africa), and Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL).
