Erick is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya practicing within East Africa. He is a litigant handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Erick has dealt with criminal and civil litigation matters involving labour disputes, land disputes and constitutional rights violations.

Erick holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nairobi, Post Graduate Diploma in Law from KSL and an Arbitration Certificate from the Chartered Institute. He is an Associate Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).

He boasts of vast experience in legislative drafting having worked as a Legal Researcher at the Senate of Kenya. His areas of focus include Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms Commercial &Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Conveyancing. He is vibrant, agile with excellent analytical, interpersonal, advocacy and leadership skills.

My Work

Successfully Participated in a Judicial Review against Nairobi City Council Alcoholic Drinks Control and Licensing Board challenging the board’s decision to cancel a liquor license.

Successfully participated in a matter acting on behalf of the County Government of Baringo against squatters before the ELC Eldoret.

Prepared a proposal to the County government of Turkana on establishing the role of public procurement law on county government’s performance.

Currently prosecuting various criminal litigation matters & land dispute matters in the Magistrates’ Courts, Superior Courts, and the Environment and Land Court.
