Jasper Lubeto
Jasper Lubeto is a Certified Secretary (a member of the Institute of Certified Secretary of Kenya and a certified governance auditor).
He is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. Lubeto holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) (Distinction) in International Economic and Business Law from the University of Zurich; and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) (Hons) from the University of Nairobi.
Lubeto is a seasoned secretary and is currently on record as Company Secretary for several companies (both public and private) in Kenya.

William Kiema
William Kiema Sammy is a Certified Secretary, a Certified Governance Auditor, Public Policy Analyst, Patent Agent, Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a vibrant member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya.
William is also a doctoral student at the University of Cape Town, South Africa in the department of Air and Aviation Law. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law (LL.M) from the University of Cape Town. He holds an undergraduate degree in law (LL. B) from The University of Nairobi, a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law (KSL) and a certificate in Copyright Law from Harvard University.
